Factor 75 Partners with Bo Jackson Elite Sports.
Flexible Meal Delivery, Fitness Results Improved.
Our founder and CEO, Nick Wernimont, developed Factor 75 as a former professional athlete training four hours a day while working a full-time job. With a comprehensive understanding of an athlete’s need to maximize energy, mental acuity and physical fitness, Nick & Factor 75 recently partnered with the Bo Jackson Football Coaches Clinic at the Bo Jackson Elite Sports Complex.
Joining the ranks of other sponsors including Nike, Gatorade and Muscle Milk, the Factor 75 team fed healthy, delicious lunches to the coaches, NFL stars and medical experts in attendance while discussing the advantages for athletes who consistently eat cleaner with a proper balance of macro- and micro-nutrients. The objective was to educate the coaches and attendees on the importance of nutrition in building an athlete from the inside out – including the best pre and post workout foods.
To meet athletes’ various nutritional needs, Factor 75 offers options including vegetarian, gluten-free, low-carb, and paleo meal delivery. The menu changes seasonally with the freshest ingredients available. Favorite menu items include Butternut Squash Lasagna, Honey and Peach BBQ Chicken, Detox Salads, Taco Bowl and Shrimp & Okra Stew with Quinoa.
Bo Jackson’s Elite Sports (BJES) is renowned as one of the leading indoor sports training centers in the country. As an air-supported structure they offer 88,000 square feet of unique training space for athletes, with clear spans and 65′ high ceilings. Ideal for team, individual, and group workouts.
BJES allows training opportunities for turf sport teams (baseball/softball, football, soccer, and lacrosse) as well as to individual athletes, of any sport, who desire to improve athleticism and personal leadership skills.
BJES is home to Cangelosi Baseball, Bo Jackson’s Football, and Bo Jackson’s Sports Leadership Centers of America. Their team has developed an extraordinary model for player development that is delivered to athletes by their professional staff of coaches.
At BJES they are dedicated to “Training Athletes Inside Out,” which speaks to their training philosophy to not only provide skill training, but also develop the whole athlete. From a training standpoint, they are rooted in the belief that developing athletes to be Bigger.Stronger.Faster gives them a competitive edge.
