How to Save 10 Hours Per Week With Prepared Meal Delivery

prepared meal delivery- Factor 75

Eating healthy is  an expensive, and time consuming, commitment- a luxury for most people who don’t have the disposable time and income to source ingredients, and plan a week’s worth of meals. That was  until prepared meal delivery made healthy eating as simple as ordering a pair of socks online .

Traditionally sticking to a diet meant creating a long list of grocery items, heading down to the store, waiting in the checkout line, lugging your bounty of nutrition back home, and then spending hours actually cooking.  In total,  the price of eating healthy can cost the average American as much as  20-25  hours weekly in  lost productivity, and recreational time.

Between researching a specific nutrition plan, creating a grocery list, shopping, and meal prepping, your precious time is slowly but surely invaded by these tasks. Even after you eat, the cleanup process can be just as stressful and time consuming.

Whether you are single or feeding a family of 6, prepared meal delivery makes life easier. You may find meals that align with your specific diet (paleo, keto, gluten-free, etc.), and the portion size is predetermined for you. Can it get much easier?

Factor 75 prepares and delivers these paleo and ketogenic friendly meals that are ready to serve and consume. All you have to do is browse the meal selections, choose what fits you best, and place your weekly order. It’s as simple as that.

Here’s how it specifically benefits you:

1. It is one less task on your To-Do List.

Isn’t that a comforting thought? We always have so much on our plates that adding another task feels daunting. Allowing yourself to skip that trip to the supermarket would be such a relief, so do it. Yes, you can order groceries online, but you still need to add those items to your cart before checking out, making virtual shopping time consuming as well. Factor 75 allows you to choose how many meals you need per week in one simple step.

2. You will eat healthier.

Every meal meets strict company standards, including being gluten free, organic, and non-GMO, just to name a few. Meals may also be selected by these 4 categories: ketogenic, paleo, dairy-free, and spicy. The guesswork is taken out of the “is it healthy or is it not?” equation, so you don’t have to worry about the nutritional value and balance in macronutrients.

3. Portion control is attainable.

Portion size is relative to the individual dining; however, Factor 75 combines nutritional science with satiating fats and proteins so you never leave the table feeling hungry. Overindulgence or binge guilt is eliminated with being served what your body needs, according to paleo standards. Typically, protein is served in the size of an adult palm, fats are served between 1 Tbsp and 1 cup, and veggies may be consumed until you’re full (Fitzpatrick, K. 3/24/2016. Daily Burn: Portion Control).

4. You gain time.

Who doesn’t wish for more time? It is the single most desired intangible source in our world. Why would you choose to lose valuable time fussing over grocery lists, shopping, and cooking when all that work can be done for you? The idea is you place an order, we deliver, and you dine healthily and care-free in the comfort of your own home. You are then left with a significant opening in your schedule than with your previous routine. It’s pretty simple, and that’s the goal. Factor 75’s #1 priority is to deliver freshly made, healthy meals to your home to make your life easier.

5. You will feel your best.

Not only will you feel your best physically due to proper nutrition intake, but you will mentally be relieved when your time is freed up. It is a well known fact that stress does terrible things to the body. Eating nourishing meals in combination with ridding yourself of stressful errands will gift you that peace of mind.

I have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Do you have any low sodium prepared meals as an option?
I have found that many organic and vegetarian dishes have more salt to enhance the flavors.
